In this training, we'll introduce the practice of goal setting, and walk through some best practices and tools you can use to effectively set personal and programmatic goals--in general and specifically for Motivote.
We will discuss why and when you may set goals, review goal-setting best practices, as well as reviewing backwards mapping and SMART goals techniques.
