Civic Holidays
Updated over a week ago

🎉 Civic Holidays are nonpartisan days of action that strengthen and celebrate our country’s democracy. They’re a great anchor for activations and messaging about voting. Check back here in Summer 2024 for graphics and templates to support your celebrations!

National Voter Registration Day

Tuesday, September 17, 2024

First observed in 2012, over 5 million voters have registered to vote on National Voter Registration Day to date. As many as 1 in 5 eligible Americans are not registered to vote. Help us change that by joining the country’s largest single-day voter registration drive and organizing a registration event in your community!

National Voter Education Week

October 7-11, 2024

Voters should have the information they need to cast their ballots with confidence. That’s where National Voter Education Week comes in. Help voters find their polling location, understand their ballot, and make a plan to vote by joining our week-long campaign.

Vote Early Day

Tuesday, October 29, 2024

When Americans vote early, they ensure last-minute problems, long lines at the polls, confusing election laws, or voter disinformation cannot prevent us from casting our ballot. Vote Early Day is a tentpole moment for partners nationwide to engage with voters and empower them with the tools to cast their ballots early.

Election Hero Day

Monday, November 4, 2024

Celebrate the election administration teams, poll workers, clerks and other individuals around the country who help ensure voters can cast their ballots securely and successfully.
