Adding Custom Prizes

Step-by-step guidance for adding new Custom Prizes via the Admin Portal.

To have us add the prize, fill out this form. Submit the form once for each prize. They will be added within 48 hours of submission. You'll be notified by email when they are live, with an opportunity to provide edits/change requests.

Prize Tile

First, add the Prize Tile.

  1. In the Admin Portal, click the Prizes tab on the left nav bar

  2. Click the green Add Prize button on the top right to open a new prize

  3. Select a Prize Type: Entry or Purchase. This will open more fields.

  4. Fill out the text fields, image and settings for the prize

  5. Click Save at the bottom to add the Prize Tile

Team Assign

The last thing to do is assign your new prize to team(s).

  1. Navigate to the Team Assignments tab

  2. Click the blue Assign to Team button on the top right

  3. Select team that should see the prize from the dropdown, then save

    1. You only need to select the highest-level team, not all child teams

  4. Repeat the above step for every team that should see the prize

  5. Click the red Trash button to remove the prize from that team

Prize Details

  • Main Image

  • Secondary Image

  • Prize Name (Internal)

  • Prize Name (For Users)

  • Prize Full Description

  • Prize Redeem Instructions

    • This field is shown to users after they purchase the prize.

    • Some examples of what you might include:

      • Directly list a digital code for the user to copy/paste

      • Instructions on how to contact the organization/brand to redeem the prize

      • Instructions to wait to hear from the organization/brand for next steps

  • Deadline

  • Availability*

    • Select Unlimited or Set Amount

    • If Set Amount, enter the Total Available

    • This number will show on the prize tile in the Prize Store

    • As users purchase this item, it will be subtracted from total

  • Multiple Purchases*

  • Purchase Limit**

  • Deadline

  • Points Cost

  • Display Prize

*Indicates that field only applies to purchase-style prizes.

**For entry-style prizes, you can make note in the Prize Description field how many are available - that is, how many winners will be drawn. When drawing the prize, our Random Number Generator will select that amount of winners.
